Platinum Row | Renaissance White Plains is a master-planned, mixed-use community across the 55-acre campus at 701–777 Westchester Avenue.

The community also includes 2± acres of publicly accessible open space along Bryant Avenue with dedicated public  parking, a 1 mile± publicly accessible multipurpose walking trail, a private dog park, and a 300-foot wooded buffer along the western edge.

The mix is 25% one-bedroom, 54% two-bedroom and 21% three-bedroom.

54 affordable residences — 8% of the 666 apartment rental residences — are included within the 514-residence market-rate rental program, meeting the deeper tier  of the City’s Affordable Housing Requirements Program at 40% of area median income. All parking is on site.
