Rose Enterprises Group was founded 75 years ago in Elizabeth, New Jersey by Rose and David Glickman. Their sons, Leonard Glickman and the late Jack Glickman, continued the family business and have developed multiple multifamily apartment communities and retail shopping centers throughout Southern California and the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut metropolitan area.

Garden Communities has developed, owns and manages tens of thousands of apartment residences, in addition to millions of square feet of retail, office and hotel space. Garden Communities and its subsidiaries offer rental apartment residences and retail shopping centers in Arizona, California, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Garden Communities was founded in 1954 by the brothers Harry and Joseph Wilf, and is now led by Leonard, Zygi and Mark Wilf.

As generational owners, Rose Enterprises Group and Garden Communities intend, upon a successful entitlement, to own Platinum Row for generations to come. They look forward to becoming part of the greater White Plains family and playing a responsible and beneficial role in the City for many decades.
